These are often referred to as "JST" or "BEC" Connectors and are commonly used for battery and motor connections on small electric planes. It's often difficult to find these other than pre-made leads. The terminals can be crimped using our Economy or Deluxe Crimping Tool, but the Deluxe Crimping Tool does a much nicer job.
Please note that when labeling connectors we always consider the gender of the metal contact, not the plastic housing. When in doubt, go by the picture.
Our new female housings are a slightly brighter red than our old ones. If you previously purchased JST housings from us and are concerned about the colors of the housings matching, please let us know in your order and we will send you female housings from the older batch.
