This device was designed to pair up with our Nano Electronic Receiver Switch and it will also work with the new PERS. The mechanical relay gives you completely isolated switching of any circuit, and you can even use 120VAC power. Just apply power (5V) to the coil pins to make the relay switch. You could use this relay to control pretty much anything with your radio; a motor, a glow plug, a toaster (or maybe Christmas lights?). This would also be perfect as a kill switch for an engine ignition and you won't have to worry about the ignition circuit causing interference because the circuits will be completely isolated.
